Kagoshima consists of many beautiful islands.
You can access these islands easily from here as it is located near the ferry port.

　It takes only 3min. on foot to the ferry port which goes to Yakushima, Tanegashima and other islands.
It takes 10min. on foot to downtown(Tenmonkan).

○ From Kagoshima Airport by bus.
— First get on an airport shuttle bus at Kagoshima Airport
and get off at Tenmonkan or the High Speed Boat Terminal.
It takes 10min. on foot from Tenmonkan and takes 3min. from the High Speed Boat Terminal.
○ From Kagoshima-Chuo station by tram.
— First get on a tram at Kagoshima-Chuo Station and get off at Izuro.
It Takes 6minutes on foot from Izuro Dori stop.
○ From Kagoshima-Chuo Station by taxi.
— By taxi It takes 10min. and 30min. by walk.
○ From Kyusyu-jidousyadou(highway)/Ibusuki-skyline/Kagoshima-touzaidouro kagoshima IC by car.

　When should I come back?
We don’t have a curfew, you can come back any time.
We lock the entrance door after 9pm every day,
　but we will tell you the password to unlock the door when you check-in.
 
　Where can I smoke?
Smoking in all rooms is banned but we have some smoking area.
 
　Where can I keep my valuables?
We have free dial type lockers that you can keep your valuables in.
 
　Can I use a credit card?
Yes.
You can pay by Cash or Credit Card at checkin.
 
　Are the shower rooms and internet available for 24 hour use?
Yes, you can use these services anytime if you have checked in.
 
　Do you have a parking area?
We have a number of parking spaces.( ￥700 / night )
Please ask us about the parking space.
If there’s no space, there are many coin car parks around the hostel.

　Could you tell me about the cancellation policy?
On the day: 100%
1 day before : 50%
2 days before: 30%
　　If you inform us in advance about the cancellation, you won’t be charged.
　　So please let us know as soon as possible when you find out (before the previous day at least).
